How We Work

Our Goal is Fast Recovery

 Trauma Informed Care

Every session is a full hour, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. No assistants, just dedicated expert attention.

Education & Clarity

We educate you on your specific condition so you understand the 'why' behind your symptoms and your recovery path.

Individualized Plans

We establish a treatment plan that fits your life and provides specific things to work on at home between visits.

We do not sell treatment packages. Our priority is to help you get better faster, not keep you coming back for unnecessary visits.

Voices of Healing

  •  Dr. Megan is exceptional. From the very first appointment, she took the time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and truly understand what I was experiencing rather than rushing me through a standard treatment plan. Her honesty, straightforward approach, and depth of knowledge immediately put me at ease.

I sought treatment for pelvic floor issues following a C-section, including significant scar tissue and incision-related discomfort. Dr. Megan helped me understand what was happening, developed a personalized treatment plan, and gave me practical tools and exercises that made a real difference in my recovery. She is incredibly knowledgable about pelvic health and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand.

I appreciate her ability to make conversations about what can feel like embarrasing or private concerns seem completely normal. She approached every discussion with empathy, professionalism, and genuine compassion, creating a comfortable encironment where I never felt judged or awkward. That level of care made it much easier to address issues I otherwise might have avoided discussing.

I always felt heard, respected, and supported throught the process. Dr. Megan spends quality time with her patients, tailors their treatmetn to the individual needs, and genuinely wants to help them improve. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone dealing with pelvic floor concerns, postpartum recovery, C-section scar tissue, and more.

  • I had the most positive experience with Dr. Megan at Restore! She was very professional and she immediately put me at ease. Her depth of knowledge combined with her easy-going nature made me feel comfortable in what could have been a very uncomfortable situation. She not only addressed my pelvic floor issues, but she also relieved my back pain I've suffered with for years! HIGHLY recommend Dr. Megan. She knows her stuff!

  • Six months in and I cannot recommend Dr. Megan Sims enough for her well-rounded approach to hEDS symptom management and education.

A lifetime of mystery pain means I've tried it all - multiple surgeries, PT, pain meds, reiki, spells from Etsy witches, etc. - and nothing has been nearly as impactful as what Dr. Sims has done for me so far. I feel better physically, and am more confident in how to love, advocate, and care for my hEDS body because Dr. Sims has empowered me with tools and knowledge I wouldn't have had access to otherwise.

I would drive any distance to receive the level of specialized care that Restore Pelvic Health and Physical Therapy offers, the fact that they're close to home in NW GA is just icing on the cake!
