How We Work
Our Goal is Fast Recovery
Trauma Informed Care
Every session is a full hour, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. No assistants, just dedicated expert attention.
Education & Clarity
We educate you on your specific condition so you understand the 'why' behind your symptoms and your recovery path.
Individualized Plans
We establish a treatment plan that fits your life and provides specific things to work on at home between visits.
We do not sell treatment packages. Our priority is to help you get better faster, not keep you coming back for unnecessary visits.
Voices of Healing
1. Private Conversation
We start with a confidential talk about your symptoms, medical history, and personal goals for therapy.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Are you ready to restore your health in a space where you are truly heard?
Your journey to wellness begins with a full hour of one-on-one attention from a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We prioritize your privacy, comfort, and consent at every step.
4. Meaningful Education
We take time to explain exactly what is going on, using simple terms to help you understand your recovery.
2. Movement Assessment
A gentle evaluation of your movement tolerance, posture, and breathing to see how your whole body works together.
5. Your Path Forward
You will leave with a clear treatment plan and home exercises tailored to your needs and lifestyle.
An optional internal exam (no speculum or stirrups) is only performed if appropriate for you, & always requires your active consent.
3. Pelvic Health Exam
